Toilet latch was not working well. Therefore can not lock the the door. Toiletries are not sufficient for 4 people living there as its studio they need to give more shampoo, conditioner and soap.

I walked into this apartment hotel and it was disgusting. Lobby was sparkling the elevator was filthy. My room was filthy. Food crumbs on the floor and even a plastic fork. Brown stuff smeared on the wall and basically not clean. They couldn't have swept mopped or vacuumed the floor at all. The best part was there was no Management on site so I couldn't even switch rooms or remedies situation I couldn't stay in the room. Besides it being disgustingly inhabitable it smells like incense and I started having an asthma attack. The room supposed to be non-smoking but it smells like smoke so bad I couldn't do it. When I called they said that they were going to help me but I haven't had anything or any communications between them since I won't stay at this disgusting place again. You get what you pay gor

Disgusting and dirty
This place has potential but unfortunately fell short for our visit. There was some sketchy people hanging around the front door when we got there. Although there is a lobby and front desk, there is no one there if u need assistance. Our room had no toilet paper in the bathroom and when I requested more I was told a roll would be dropped off in the morning. After continuing to complain, security finally dropped some off hours later. The bathroom was dirty and had hair left in the tub. We found scraps of food left under the couch. There is one trash can for the entire suite. Although there are 2 vending machines in lobby, there is not an ice machine anywhere, which was very unfortunate. The swimming pool area was also dirty and there was a dead bird sitting near the water that looked like it had been there for awhile. And last but not least, there was roaches in our room, crawling on the wall when we were going to sleep. 😫 A motel 6 would have honestly been better, but you get what you pay for! I will never stay here again.

Carpet in hallways are filthy and heavily stained. There’s trash bags full of trash in the hallways and the place smells horrible. The furniture in the room was dirty. I definitely will not be returning.
