I liked the room & location. The front desk lady wasn't very nice and bordered on aggressive. I stayed calm and polite and she came around somewhat. What in tarnation is she doing working at a hotel front desk?

The property is right next to Fashion square making it a great location for a spot to crash if you want to go out drinking after a day at the mall. For a the brand it's definitely one of the nicer locations. It's not the W or even the Best Western Plus. You're paying a discounted rate to be a little further away from the party and a lot less amenities. But it's clean enough, safe enough, and close enough to get the job done.
