Scottsdale visit
The house was very nice. It did not sleep 8. The futon was very small, no sheets or pillow for it and very uncomfortable. Dishwasher wasnt working and light above didnt work either. Manager offered to send someone to fix, but we declined as we werent staying very long. The TV was a dissapointment. It gave you few options to watch and was hard to enable your streaming services from home. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and we enjoyed the orange and lemon trees in the back yard!All in all, we would stay there again, but with less people.The property manager was very helpful!

Met our needs but would not return
The property is not in the best neighborhood and was really pretty dirty. The shower in the master bedroom literally had mold in it and the place was really dusty in many places. The televisions simply do not work. There were four people with streaming accounts and you simply could not sign it. The property manager was horrible. Completely non -responsive. In the end it met out needs but I would never go back and I would not take my family there.

Property was as advertised. Property was clean and property management was easy to work with and responsive. Property was conveniently located off of 101 and a short drive to old town, attractions and grocery stores. Neighborhood was quiet. If you’re not looking for a pool or hot tub this will fit the bill. Only suggestion for improvements is move to a keypad entry vs a lockbox with a key. Additionally cookware could use a few updates. Nice touch was coffee pods and ample other supplies. We enjoyed the stay.
