The bad:They gave us the wrong room at check in and it took 2 more hours after check-in time to finally get the right room. Then the day we checked out there was no hot water in our room. Not to mention the waterslide water at the pool was unbearably cold. The resort looks a bit run down. The Good: The signature room was spacious, pools are conveniently located, the parking was easy, the location was nice. Most of the staff we dealt with were pleasant and helpful. The golf course employees were really delightfully nice! The course was fun and the club rentals were awesome! The Point in Tyme rest was also really good!

Visiting sports teams extremely noisy (bouncing balls, running, screaming, party atmosphere) after 9:45pm on a Sunday night after numerous calls to front desk. Where is hotel management? Where are the chaperones? Stay somewhere else if you want to get to sleep for an early flight or event!
