Homeless issue wandering through the parking lot. The room was bare bones. No door on the bathroom. One chair metal extremely uncomfortable. Bed was soft and sunk in the middle making it impossible to sleep on. Would not stay here again.

The staff was helpful & friendly. The area around the property had alot of homeless wanding around. The room was clean but was very run down. There was area where there had been water damage & the furniture was chipped & warped because it was press board. There were no pictures & the paint was worn & blotchy. Now I know why it was so cheap. Definitely would never go there again!

Horrible place! Would not recommend. The place is missing furniture. Walls are missing drywall and molding. There was a stain that looked like blood. By the way, this was the second room after I was given a room that appear it was under renovations (I hope that was the case). When back to the reception and not even a “sorry” for the inconvenience.

Room was a very dirty, very roach infested kind of overpriced for what you get, lotta people creeping around, if you stay, keep your eyes open and bring bug spray for the roaches and disinfectant wipes

Bedding may not have been cleaned recently. Walls were very dirty, not a photo or picture on any wall. Door handle was loose. One of the beds seemed to be broken. Inadequate blankets or comforter provided. It was bad enough that we slept in our clothes.

This should not be an Expedia recommendation. It was unsafe and dirty. This is a place for addicts and homeless people. It was $120 with a $52 discount. We are thankful that the staff refunded our rental. Panic attack does not describe the experience checking in or seeing the room. Its as if this is an abandoned house where anything that's not secured has been stolen. The check in process was scary. The clerk had a mask and gloves as we sent our ID and credit card through the window like a bank drive thru. There were unsavory characters waiting around to check in. The sign said it was closed and the lobby was locked. What is this place! Not family friendly. Three adults terrified for their safety. We're glad we're not a statistic of family accosted in their vacation. We are never staying in Phoenix again since this was the only place available for under $125. In the next parking lot was a Marriot. Who would want to stay there with all the homeless milling around. Shopping carts filled with their belongings. Wrapped in blankets. Little fires to stay warm. We ended up 75 minutes away in the middle of nowhere at a safe & clean place. It is unfortunate to see what squalor Phoenix, AZ has.

Don't stay here!

The bed was broke , holes in the walls . Hotel staff was very unfriendly. They locked the lobby at 5 so can't even get into use microwave or hot water. Upon check out it was pouring rain and cold and they made us stand out side in the rain refusing to let us in the lobby to check out. Worst hotel ever!!!
