The staff were very rude. No towels no toilet paper the tv did not work the hot tub water was green with bacteria and the pool had rocks and trash in it. WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD

The shower door was broken, hair in shower, sink and on bathroom floor. Idea on bathroom counter from previous guest, sheets were stained and hallways looked like it hasn't been vaccumed in a few days. The breakfast was powder eggs and you had to ask for someone to restock everything like forks, plates, coffee and other foods. When i checked out they didn't ask how was my stay and i still have not gotten my deposits back.

Good hotel at affordable price in Phoenix area

Overall it was fine. It wasn’t as bad as some people mentioned before. The price is reasonable compared to hotels in the area. The breakfast is ok. They recently changed management, and is trying to improve the hotel. Although me and another guest had to wait about 10 min until someone from front desk showed up.

Staff was friendly and helpful but we had to cancel our stay and get a refund because the property and room was dirty and stunk like cigarette smoke. This property should not be on Hotels.com and is not worth the price.

Great stay in Phoenix

Hotel met my expectations based on what I paid. In a very convenient area of town. Breakfast was decent, pool looked nice, but we didn’t use it. Bed was comfortable.

Steer clear over this place for 3 to 6 months unti

Before I could even get to my room, my room has been changed three times. When I did get to my room, it was so filthy that I had to go back to the front desk to ask for a different room. There was literally blood on the white bedspread, the microwave was filthy, the refrigerator was filthy, the floor of the shower was beyond disgusting, dirty towels in the closet, and the carpet was covered with crumbs from pizza or something like that. The hallway from the elevator down to my room was covered with cardboard and wallpaper as the poor guy that was remodeling had stuff strewn everywhere. It was a danger to anyone trying to walk down the hallway. I lost my balance and fell against the wall, where the guy was working, and unfortunately, my hand went into the plaster that he had just placed on the wall. The manager said that they were just taking over the hotel as of a month ago and that they were starting in the hallway! I don’t think anybody lives or sleeps in the hallway… What the heck? The cleaning person was nice enough to put a new bedspread down before I went downstairs. She told me that it was paint. However, I’ve been a nurse for 20 years and that was definitely not paint on the bedspread!! And the manager agreed that there was no red paint being used at all. The second room that I was actually shown was decent. But the bed linen all needs to be replaced.

The best thing about this place was the nice girl at the front desk. I know they were under construction but our room looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed. The bed had 2 sheets no warmer blanket. When we left in the morning there were 3 people lingering around the end of the block and that was at 330am. The shower looked dirty like it hasn’t been cleaned. The bed was comfortable and that was the best thing about the property.
