Nice property but I dislike the extra charges.

This is a very nice hotel that seems new and up-to-date. I have no problems with its physical accommodations. I do have a problem that I felt nickel and dimed. When we checked in, I was charged a fee to park my car. The desk clerk apologized for it. I noticed when someone else complained about the parking fee in a review, the hotel responded that parking fees are an industry standard. I disagree. I have never paid a parking fee unless I was staying in an urban setting where parking is at a premium. I don't ever remember paying for parking at a hotel in a suburban setting. We also missed a complimentary breakfast. Some of the other locations of this brand have complimentary breakfast and this one reportedly did so in the past. I couldn't figure out if there was one. The breakfast room is set up like most places that have complimentary breakfast and the menu follows those places; there is just a charge for every item. To summarize, these charges where just an annoyance that were not apparent when the reservation was made.

Low flow, paid parking, and a $4 Pepsi

They didn't have vending machines so I had to wait in line for 10 minutes to buy a $4 Pepsi. The only beverage choices were Pepsi or Diet pepsi. I understand paying for convenience but this was definitely not convenient. After that I was able to take a luke warm shower with a low flow shower head that the water barely trickled out. I'm bald but I couldn't imagine trying to rinse shampoo out of your hair with what little water came out. Also, they charge for parking for some reason. The property itself was fine

Nice ambiance but lacking amenities.

We had a teacup Yorkshire Terrier that doesn't bark, shed (has hair not fur) sleeps in a portable kennel and we took her whenever we left the hotel. Their policy is $75 for pets regardless of breed. Our 2 rooms were advertised as having 2 Queen beds, both had a king bed and extremely uncomfortable pull out sofa bed. When we arrived the lobby bathroom had a toilet that was flushing non-stop and was apperently not a priority to address. I notified the desk that the hot tub was yellow and smelled like urine ( especially when the jets were on) and they did resolve that by the next day. I also told the desk that the cornhole game had a beanbag that had spilled beans around the patio and was missing the other 3 bags. The desk attendant stated they they likely didn't have any others and none ever were brought out or the mess cleaned up. The "restaurant" was a mini take out with very limited food options but did have Starbucks coffee. There was also a $5 per day parking fee.

Pool was so fun! Safe area. Very nice ambience. Good area for walking. Most staff very friendly. Good bang for your buck Butttt…. Room service never came in when requested Bed felt like a table Front check in staff told us no when we requested new sheets. Shower was very crusty and dirty looking Overall, 3/5 would stay again
