The rooms are lovely. The pools are not what one would really expect at a resort property, although there are 3 of them. They are fenced and nothing special. We only ate at the Blue Coyote Cafe (I think that was the name - it's the cafe anyway) and some of the food was barely edible.we had 3 meals there as few choices are open during the day. Valet parking is complimentary which no one told us initially. If you have a room credit from Expedia you must charge items to the room to use it. Again, we didn't know this until we left the property and it was too late to get our credit applied.

Great service! The staff is wonderful and very helpful. Room was spacious and very clean. The only thing this Casino is lacking are more food options. There are only a handful to choose from. Other than that it is a wonderful place to visit and have a fun time.

A mixed review. It is a nice resort but be aware that you are miles from anything and there are no shuttles. We visited mid week September and it was dead. Room on the 9th floor was quiet and clean. East pool seemed poorly maintained and in need of a facelift. On the day we visited there was one bartender and no poolside service. Pool was dirty and debris floating. The next day we discovered the beautiful west pool. A much elevated experience. clean, intimate and comfortable. Casino is smoke free with lots of new machines. The staff we dealt with (servers in the cafe, casino floor attendants, room attendants) were so kind and helpful. Shout out to the awesome and fun breakfast staff in the cafe! We didn’t get so much as a thank you upon check out. Not a great last impression.

We had a staycation here in Scottsdale for the weekend and it was honestly way better than we hoped. The staff was amazing. They had a bell man take our things to our room, free, of course we tipped. Valet is free, and very very kind. Every person there went above and beyond. Everything was so clean, we got a balcony view room and it was everything and more. We had perfect views of the mountains. No detail was overlooked. We were honestly treated like royalty. I have traveled the US quite a bit and stayed at quite a few places and this was probably my number one. I will absolutely be staying here again and recommending to family and friends who come in town. The most important thing is, it was affordable. We have a lot of Casino Resorts back in Mississippi and you don’t get that kind of quality without paying an arm and a leg. Thank you Talking Stick Resort.
