Good location, attentive service, clean, modern rooms and good dining options on the property. The pool/ view advertised on the website doesn’t seem to exist. The main pool area is surrounded by steel gates and is not nearly as picturesque as advertised.

In order to receive my food and beverage credit, I had to charge my meal to the room. On a whim, I checked my bill on the TV to find they over charged me by more than $60. After showing a manager the receipt, he spent 90 minutes "looking in to it" and added an additional $30 to my bill. I complained and was assured they would straighten things out at the front desk. Instead of having fun, I spent much of my stay trying to avoid being ripped off. I suspect some restaurant staff member purposefully added to my bill and assumed I wouldnt notice. Regardless, they fixed the bill a little before 6:30 AM and offered no apology. On top of this, the room was tiny and noisy. They even put one-ply toilet paper in the rooms. That alone should give them a one star raiting.
