The hotel is nice overall I was just upset that they sent me to another hotel due to overbooking. I had a bad experience at the other hotel & I just hope that never happens again.

The staff was amazing. The facility is new, clean and modern. However, the floors do not have much of a sound barrier at all, and you can hear everything as soon as the person above you starts walking around. So if the maids start cleaning early, do not plan on sleeping in. The people walking above me were so loud I could not conduct a zoom meeting in the room and had to go to the conference or lobby area, where it was actually quieter.
