Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Double booked and told me to go some where else
DON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL Double booked. They charged me extra for Spa room - then when i arrived said it had been broken for months and they double booked any way. Just a scam for more money. Very poor tourism for un caring operator in Thailand. My advice is do not stay at this hotel
