I have been here multiple times in the past, the staffs and services are as good as before However, my room's air conditioning isn't working well and it's very hot. The manager and staffs are very nice and they tried their best to change to another room for us, but the air con is still not super cool so end up they gave us 3 extra fans I would like to come again if they upgrade the air con, that could be a show stopper for next visit Other than that this is the best hotel

An excellent hotel for families, will brilliant food options, exceptional staff, great kids’ club and a particular highlight was the wonderful body boarding in the afternoons in the hotel beach’s sea. Also there are some nice external restaurants and shops in walkable distance.

This was a fantastic property. We had planned to do so much during our visit to Phuket. But the property was so great, we ended up doing ‘nothing’ for one day. The staff took care of us with everything we needed. The breakfast selection was amazing (almost to the point of overwhelming - in a good way..) The beach was amazing. It was a great place if you want some peace and quiet and relax.

This property was okay. It was terrible weather (which I don’t blame the hotel for at all). But the beach had rubbish washed up on the shore and the undercover areas were all slippery as they didn’t have great drainage from the rain. It wasn’t a 5 star hotel experience. I get it’s a developing country but I’ve had better hotel experiences in Vietnam for example. I’m sure the pool area etc. would make up for any short comings had we had nice weather.

If you are looking for a place to have a good time, without the craziness of party crazy Phuket, but still want to join the party at your own pace and time, this is the place just 10 minutes away from the Airport and 40 minutes from old Phuket (most of it due to traffic), the facilities are well kept service was good as well as the food especially the Italian Restaurant, the stuff was extremely friendly and welcoming. do doubt one of the best part of our trip.
