Great staff. When I dropped my wallet on the airline, the manager personally drove me to the airport to pick it up. Ron is a great guy and I had a ton of fun talking to him when he would deliver room service.

Perfect boutique style resort
This is a wonderful boutique style resort. The rooftop pool is amazing and the staff are super friendly. The food is high quality and great value. Try the eggs Benedict at breakfast - perfection

Great service. Amazing restaurant for dining and breakfast. Quite location that you can really enjoy. Swimming pool had great view, works 24/7. Rare gem. The hotel staff are very nice. Rooms are spacious, big balcony. The air-conditioning is great, big shower. Tidy and nice looking common space.

We really enjoyed staying at this resort Pros * Very friendly and accommodating staff. * Lots of food options for dining in restaurant. * style/vibe of room was unique and fun. * enjoyed the tables in the roof top pool. * will hold bags before check in/after check out. * wifi was good and we were able to sign into our in room entertainment options on tv eg. Netflix * pool was open 24/7 for those late night swims Cons * pool is on the smaller side. Only 3 tables inside pool * about 1km walk to get to other food/entertainment options.

This is a lovely resort. Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Good on-site Restaurant, well priced food ,good range of meal options and reasonably priced. The Spa was excellent also, suggest you try the Hot Stone Massage - superb. The Rooftop Pool was fantastic and you could use this 24 /7. Unlike other resorts at Phuket, no road noise, super relaxing place. We will be back next year.

We had a great stay here. The staff are very lovely and accommodating (including Kom) and the rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. The rooftop pool has a great view, and the buffet breakfast is also good. We also ordered room service one day and the meals (burgers and sandwich) were surprisingly good. The hotel location is on a hill, a short walk into town and from the beach. We didn’t find this to be an issue but you could use the hotel shuttle if needed.

All good. The room is nice. The rooftop swimming pool is very nice. The restaurant is very good; you don't need to look elsewhere to eat; it has many different cuisines. If I go to Phuket again, I will stay at the same place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the wonderful resort, my husband, our daughter and myself, stayed for 8 nights, so much so when we return to Phuket, Thailand we will stay at this resort again. The food is very good, the service is fantastic. Just an all round well run resort, run by people who care and are super attentive to your needs.
