The staff was amazing. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and clean. The beach is well maintained and stunning (there’s also two pools). The food is great but if you walk down the beach, there's local food and shopping. Super convenient. They also have shows on the beach for entertainment. You really can’t go wrong, the view from the resort is worth it. However, if you’re looking for a party resort - this isn’t it. Just a heads up.

A top drawer experience for us anyway, it was full but didn't look it at all, plenty of beach space all day, we never booked or waited on a table in any restaurant, or for loungers, lots of free space round the pools. Free transport to and from your villa to anywhere in the resort, we never had to call them, as they were always waiting at various pick up points ready to go, day or night. Only con I can think of is...as you are on an island the speedboat shuttle is timetabled and the last boat back to island is 3.30pm not giving you a great amount of time to enjoy stuff properly on mainland.

My partner and I stayed one night in the Seawater pool villa. The web check in could use a face lift. It was slightly confusing with getting to the Ao Po Grand Marina but the staff made the process smooth with the check in process. The staff were courteous and professional which made it welcoming on the island. There were not many variety of food options but overall 7.5/10 and payment for the food is billed when you check out which is a unique approach in comparison to other resorts. The layout of the island is carefully planned and what caught my eye was the waterfall and pool one of the center pieces of the resort. I would recommend to my friends and family if they travel to Phuket. The overall energy was relaxing and I could feel that from the other guests that they enjoyed their stay.

One of the most luxurious places I’ve ever stayed! The views are unbelievable and so is the beach! All teakwood carved resort!

The stay was not comfortable from the moment of check-in and until-after check-out. This is far from a five-star hotel, and the service is generally poor.

This place is amazing. We enjoyed every minute of it . I like how quiet it is , our room view was unbelievable. Great customer service also . I would only suggest more food options. Definitely will recommend this resort to my family and friends. It felt magical

This is a very unique property. Five star in nature when it comes to accommodations, but unfortunately very disappointing relative to the food, which may be three star by western standards . The staff was excellent and overall our visit was good, but I would not return.
