I think I found my go to hotel in Phuket. Yes the room didn't have a window but the location to Patong Beach and the blue building food court makes up for it. Plus the staff were nice and smiling.

It's close to the beach and an easy walk to food, convenience stores, etc. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was good. Would stay here again, easily.

This property is a good value for basic lodging very close to the beach. Room was large and staff were helpful when needed. Just very basic and bare bones. Certainly clean and would recommend for a value for basics near the beach

I did not dislike any aspect of this hotel. Room cleaned every day and change of bedding each day. Staff understood English also spoke very good English. Always very helpful fantastic all of you.
