We had a great time and in general the hotel was fabulous. It is however a little tired in places. They are currently undergoing building work on a new restaurant and although this has no impact on leisure facilities, the hotel does suffer from not having additional restaurant options in the evening. All the Staff we encountered were fantastic and i would have no hesitation in returning.

I stayed here with my family we had 2 boys 9 and 6 and husband We had a wonderful week here the kids loved the pool slides and spent hours in the kids pool Breakfast was great and staff were amazing and accommodating There were 5 pools to choose from and directly across from the beach

Great place to stay with a central location to walk to other beaches and small towns. Great food on main road and easy stroll into Kata for shopping and the Kata Markets. Great daily breakfast and pools are fantastic. Beach access is straight accross the road and the beach is the cleanest in the area.

older but delicious hotel and extremely child-friendly. the morning food was great. and beautiful pools. if you want a quiet and peaceful hotel without children and music and fun then don't choose this because it is very child friendly and we loved it. can be highly recommended. and we will definitely come again.

The property it self is looking a rather run down. Rooms are dated with very hard mattresses. Staff throughout the facility were amazing, friendly and great English. Works were being performed in pool area with alide however other pools had sharp edged tiles, missing grout and again run down. Kids play centre was no bigger than a single car garage and became very crowded at times. Centrally located along Karon beach with a short stroll in either direction to market stalls, food and convenience stores.

Nice property. Can use a few upgrades. There was a roach inside of one of the drawers in my room. Food was okay (love the pizza & steak) at the Italian restaurant. Eddie was my fav super nice & helpful

We had a lovely relaxing week away. Loved the swim out room we had, would be good if they played different songs around the pool areas rather than 5 songs on repeat for hours and some of them were not very appropriate for the setting. Also the gardens could do with some weeding. Very central to the area, easy to get around, across from the beach was nice for a quick swim or view the sunset or a morning stroll.
