Spa was closed during our stay. We had ants and roaches in the room. We didn’t have WiFi for a day of the trip. There was only one restaurant open. Also my second day there, they sent a bill to my room of all my charges. The next day I came back to go into my room and my key was not working. I went to the hotel lobby and they explained that I haven’t payed my bill. I explained to them that I am here for another couple nights. They refused and told me to handle the bill now. Very low class property

Upon arrival hotel looks decent and staff was pleasant. As I walked towards my room some parts of hotel look abandoned and unkempt. Particularly areas that may have been used for dining. Pools were dirty. I was expecting a small pool outside of room but it ended up being a non working hot tub which was never fixed. Other rooms have an actual tub outside their room. Room was fine but You are only provided with one room key.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT Woke up in the middle of the night itching and my legs on fire. I turned on the light and found red ants all over the bed. I called the concierge and they send housekeeping, as they are changing the bed my daughter and I noticed the bed sheets had blood stains on them. The restaurants were closed, the pools

I always choose to stay at this hotel when ever I go to Phuket staff very friendly and always helpful . Hotel is always very clean and comfortable highly recommend to any one looking for a nice place to stay .
