Outdated hotel with rude staff

Room on the main floor was outdated, window was broken and door had a huge gap. We cimplained to the front desk night person with blue hair who was rude and told us to go check into another hotel. Luckily the supervisor in the morning spoke to us and was very apologetic and addressed the situation immediately. Housekeeping staff were personable.
