I came here for my birthday because of the casino. The casino was evacuated for the night. The front desk gave an 11 dollar discount. Couldn't get a drink anywhere , on my birthday. Tried room service but was told they couldn't get to their wine. I find it really hard to believe that you think that is acceptable. I will never come here again, and I will make sure anyone I ever met will do the same.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. When I checked in, they were nice enough to upgrade my room because the one I had on hold by the time I got to the hotel was gone. My only complaint would be that the food in the casino food court was not great. I was expecting a sit down restaurant somewhere maybe there was one, but I couldn't find it. Overall, the room was fantastic.
