Buongiorno Sig. Lumeno, la ringraziamo per il suo soggiorno presso di noi e ci dispiace di non averla potuta soddisfare al 100% anche se ci è sempre gradito conoscere le vostre aspettative od esigenze durante il soggiorno per migliorarci (anche perchè per noi era difficile saperlo dal momento che diceva tutto ok) e non subito dopo il check out con un review anonimo.
