Premetto che abbiamo prenotato la camera per usufruire dei servizi del Bagno Soleado (molto ben gestito e con ottima cucina). La Guest House, all’esterno, si presenta anche bene. Sembra di essere a Formentera o a Key West. Anche ben rifinita. Con biciclette gratuite e l’accesso gratuito alla piscina del Bagno Soleado (situato a 200 metri circa). Il problema devastante sono le camere nel seminterrato, perché quelle ai piani superiori sono davvero gradevoli. La nostra, la Scirocco, era situata a circa 5 metri sotto terra, priva di tende (con il sole alle 06:00 già in camera) , con una parete tutta macchiata, un tanfo di umido ed il bagno esterno (non segnalato sui principali portali). Essendo la struttura al completo, non ci sono state possibilità di cambio immediato. Il proprietario, gentile per la verità, ci ha offerto la tenda al mare per un giorno (al Bagno Soleado). Trovo che 327€ spesi per dormire in uno scantinato non erano allineati con la qualità del servizio. Se andate in questa struttura, EVITATE le camere SCIROCCO E LIBECCIO. Soprattutto se soffrite di claustrofobia!
