Awful!
Floors nasty, 1 clean towel in room, sink stopped up, no TV remote, roaches, etc…We would have left had it not been 11:30pm and exhausted from Dollywood. I absolutely would not recommend, worst place we’ve ever stayed at in TN.

I was just happy that i had a shelter to sleep and a shower but they only gave one shower towel and one small towel. There were bugs around the bathroom and on the walls. I woukd not stay here again

You get what you pay for. Not worth it stay home.
We checked in and the feeling we got was very rundown place so we went to see the room before we got our luggage. Everything was rundown the floors where sticky the extra Chan lock on the door was broken. The cover for the door lock on the inside was missing. One the beds had stains on the top cover. The toilet was Dirty the toilet paper holder was gone. We went back down to the office and checked out and went somewhere else. This one of the cheapest place to try to stay in so lesson learned you get what you pay for.

The rooms was nasty, I had to kick my door to get into it. The shower is made for a 3ft toddler. half the outlets didn’t work. The bed was like sleeping on box springs. The pool was greener than grass. The vending machines didn’t work. The elevator didn’t work great. 10/10 do not recommend. Great location though.

This is a very run down place and it was cheap but it really needs torn down. There was bugs in the bathroom and behind the bed and I had to go to laundry to try getting towels and it was limited items available and very raggedy. No washcloths available at all and we used a towel for a washcloth. Also, my American Express card was used online and not accepted which caused a problem trying to check in and I ended up having to use another card.

Will charge you after they cancel your reservation
After being on the road for almost 12 hours dealing with hiccup after hiccup, we finally make it to our hotel just for them to tell us that our reservation had been canceled once we got there. , they had no other rooms available, and still tried to pull the money off of our card for the room after they cancelled our reservation. Absolutely would not recommend this hotel.

The location is great; with free onsite parking, it was really good. They first put me in a room facing the street, which was quite noisy. Luckily, they had other rooms available and kindly changed me to a room on the other side. The room was clean and spacious. However, the bathroom had several "broken" things yet still "workable". The toilet paper holder was broken, I can still have everything done by putting the toilet paper roll on top of the tank. The shower head was quite low, at about my eye level. (I'm 5'7''.) After hitting the shower head with my head several times, I finally remembered to bend over. The lever for shower water was quite loose, meaning with a soft touch, the water suddenly became very hot or cold. Well, these are all inconveniences, but well, they were still workable.

This place is awful. You walk in and it’s outdated and dirty. Then you find out that they’ve canceled your reservation, not told you, then wants to argue with you about it. If you live within 100 miles of this place save your money and go somewhere else.

I’m beyond disgusted with this place. I HATE leaving negative reviews but I this place is horrendous. I’m on a budget but want to give my kids a great vacation regardless. The photos on the website are probably 15 years old AT LEAST. But I get it, it’s an old place so I expect to see wear and tear, however, this one place is beyond that. I’m pretty sure the housekeeper (not plural bc I think there’s only one) only cleans at checkout. The entire place smells like mildew, the pool was green, the sheets on one bed had a large wet spot - not on the outer blanket, so a blanket was purposely put on top of a wet fitted sheet, AND THERE WERE ROACHES!!!! Plural, not just one rogue roach, but multiple. They keep the ice in the lobby behind the front desk, so in order to get ice, you have to ask for it and you’re given ice in just a wastebasket trash bag. The front desk is so rude and don’t seem to care about literally anything that customer service entails. Just because you’re on a budget, doesn’t mean you deserve to have this kind of treatment. I’m ashamed and embarrassed that this is where I brought my kids to. I did reach out to Expedia who contacted “John”’ in management and was told he knew nothing of the conditions and denied any wrongdoing and refused even a partial refund. We did go to the front desk and they called the cops on us for complaining. We told our complaints to the police and they seemed annoyed that the hotel called them yet again for guest complaints.

It was a sketchy hotel. I didn't feel entirely safe there. We had issues with getting the door open. No maid service. We had to ask for clean towels. It was okay clean. Would not stay there again.
