A employee name Ron McCarter cussed my wife with bad word and Courtney the gm did nothing but write him u. And everything is on video in lobby. Yes hotel com knows everything. I have been staying at this hotel for over 15 years and never been treated this way. Ron McCarter got up in my face because my baby granddaughter put a little flag in the flower and Laura at the office said it was ok. Ron McCarter was giving my wife look that was not very nice so my wife said if u have something to say tell me or stop staring at u and that is when I called office and they said it was ok for little flag. And about 15 min later is when Ron McCarter told my wife she was a bad word and a liar video in office because he came to off after my wife said Ron she was a lier and put his finger in my face tell me that my wife was a lier and Courtney the GM and Laura seen everything. Courtney did nothing and Laura made him leave but he was going to come back in and Laura moved head for him to not come back in. There is one person that is awesome that works at this place and his name is Randy he is amazing. But he was not here when all of this happened. I think that Randy needs Courtney job because Ron got nothing basic but a pat on the back for cussing my wife and putting fingers in my face and getting up in my wife face and calling her a bad word had to stay because our room was non refundable so two days later Courtney got a little smart with wife about Ron McCarter still working there .

Ron McCarter cussing my wife

We checked in on Monday that day was good Tuesday morning was good till 2.30 and Ron McCarter that works there was walk by and my granddaughter 8 was putting america flag in the ground flag was little and as he was walking away he had his head turned staring at my wife and granddaughter my wife ask him if he had something to say about anything like the flag that he could say it. And he give my wife a go to hell look. So wife call up to office talked to Laura. She told Laura everything and my told Laura that ron should apologize for the way that he was staring at her and granddaughter for n reason the look was like he could have hurt them. For putting a little flag in ground witch Laura said it was ok. The I went to have key redone because everything was good till while I was at office Ron McCarter came back and my wife was outside by herself and Ron came down the steps behind my wife and my wife if he was going to apologize for the look and the go to hell look he said the he di not need to apologize to my wife and then he got up in her face and said that my wife was a f...k lier. My wife was so upset that she went up to the office to tell them what he said. Me Benjamin was still in office getting keys done when seen my wife in Panama mode coming threw door of office. Then Ron McCarter came in right after that saying she is a lier my wife.myself Benjamin did not n at time what was going on till wife had calm down and was telling Laura about him calling her a f...k lier

Relaxing and Enjoyable

We were heading in for a Women’s Conference in Gatlinburg and decided to come a day early to enjoy some time in Pigeon Forge. We absolutely love staying at the Econo Lodge because they have the indoor pool/hot tub, a filling breakfast & the beds are comfortable. The property & rooms are clean & we absolutely loved spending time out back next to the creek. Such a peaceful place right in the hear of Pigeon Forge.
