Didn’t get the room I paid for and booked because they were “overbooked”. Lady at the front desk was rude . The room I was given was nasty, even had urine left in the toilet. No towels, water stains on ceiling & it was falling apart. They refused a refund. But I did not stay at this poor excuse of a hotel. Ended up losing money. They are committing fraud. Pictures online are misleading and have to be old.

The room that we stayed in was not clean. The light inside the bathroom flickered the whole time the light was on. Half of the lights over the mirror were out. We had no towels, no washcloths, no hand towels, and no trash can in the room upon arrival. When I asked for towels, we were given two towels and one hand towel. Still no wash clothes. It’s the worst experience I’ve had at a Smokey Mountain hotel/motel.

There was nothing here to like, a total disappointment. We had no towels, dirty linen, and front desk was rude and they refused to give us towels, and even told my fiancee we could just leave. Im still trying to get a refund from this dump

Do NOT stay at this place, it is NASTY AND DISGUSTING!!! They don’t even deserve a one star. The manager is HORRIBLE to work with, she has NO customer service because I e sent emails and called and she hasn’t even responded back to any of those. I think the health department needs to go in and shut them down!

The room was filthy, beds clothes were disgusting the tub was nasty and covered in hair no towels or wash cloths staff wouldn’t talk nor make eye contact and sent me to grab towels from the laundry myself

The pool was unclean, and I encountered difficulties obtaining assistance from the front desk. Unfortunately, our room contained live bed bugs and visible stains on the mattress. The floor appeared neglected, with an apparent lack of mopping for months. Furthermore, the refrigerator was non-functional, requiring relocation from an upstairs room. Check-in and room settlement took nearly an hour. Based on this experience, I would advise against staying here.

the rooms was covered in mold on the ceilings not to mention the dopr wqs ipen bugs were flying in it and lights were on the bed was laid on wronkly sheets and smelled like a cigarette! Not sure if staff was using that room to hang out in bit my son has asthma it wasnt even an option and when i complained she was on her phone looking down wouls t give me respect look at me wnd say i apologize i got were booked dont know what to yell ya cant change ur room. I left will never be back

WANT NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN
AS WE WERE GOING TO OUR ROOM THERE WAS TRASH ON THE STAIRES CIG BUTTS, PAPER, DRINK BOTTLES ETC. WHEN WE GOT IN THE ROOM THE BATHROOM WAS COVERED IN BLACK MOLD GROWING ON THE WALLS OF THE SHOWER AND ON THE SHOWER HEAD THE FAUSLET. WAS NOT WASH CLOTHES NO COFFEE MAKER AND NO BREAKFAST

From the beginning this was a bad experience. Checking in the staff at front desk was rude. The room was absolutely nasty. No towels, no blankets, the room smelled so bad. The beds were dirty & stained. The refrigerator had meat packs and other items from previous guests. There was no continental breakfast like promised. The gym was inaccessible & so was the indoor pool. We will never stay here or for that matter any other property owned by Wyndham just because of this experience.

It says it has breakfast they don’t and say they haven’t in a long time.they said online that they had cribs and I even called before two different times and couldn’t ever get anyone to answer and had to wait 30min to check in because there wasn’t anyone at the front desk. And they also didn’t have hot water one night the pool was green with trash all in it worst hotel and trip I have ever had
