Disappointing accommodations
The gentleman that checked us in was not at all welcoming. Very blunt. The young lady that checked us out was very helpful. The room was dated and dingy. Cobwebs on the ceiling by the door. 1/2 inch thick dust on top of “headboards” and pictures. I wiped up a little water spill on the floor. The paper towel I used was dirty from the floor not being clean.

Not bad, not fantastic
“Pet-friendly” means: one pet included, $15/day extra for a second pet, no pets in bed or on furniture, pets must be crated if you leave, can’t leave pets alone for extended periods. Very little green space for pets to potty. “Breakfast included” means pancakes at the restaurant next door. Option to purchase their buffet for extra charge. No smart tv, just a few cable channels. Overall though, not bad for the price.

Room was fine. Policies aren’t.
Honestly would have been a 5 star trip if not for Red Roofs new policies. $100 deposit and then they keep part for some kind of “ office fee.” Then I have to sign off on all of bs agreements. Felt like I was buying a house not just renting a room for a couple nights. We won’t be patronizing Any Red Roof properties in the future.

There was a terrible vibrating noise in the room that actually nauseated you. If you turned the room fan /heat on. The vibrating/humming noise got worse. My husband already had a head cold and this made him worse to the point we had to check out of room a day early. It made us dizzy and nauseated. I do believe it was coming from the fans. I did mentioned to staff.

Hotel was clean,beds uncomfortable, very loud and noisy from people, elevator,traffic ( nothing with the pets was bad) I stayed with a pet myself staff friendly be prepared to pay 100$ deposit at check in with card and I only received 95 back not sure the reason but I’m not gonna fuss over 5$

We enjoyed our stay at Red Roof Inn Pigeon Forge. We appreciate the coupon for breakfast or the option to upgrade to buffet at Reagan’s pancake house next door. It is always good. We reported that our tub had a constant drip so it can be repaired.
