This place is obviously not updating even the most minor things. It looked like it hasn't been updated since the 80s. There were several broken blinds, there was a tattered lamp shade, and the shower door fell off the track because the hardware had deteriorated. Decor and furniture was very dated. They must be going through a change of ownership because these are all very easy things to fix, yet they aren't. The upstairs loft was uninhabitable due to silverfish and stink bug infestation - bugs in the beds up there. The place was clean otherwise - meaning I can tell housekeeping does a good job.

The location was perfect, not to far from attractions but yet far enough away to be perfect! The unit was the perfect size for the 5 of us. The outdoor fire pit and hot tub were wonderful after a day out checking out the sights in Pigeon Forge forge and Gatlinburg! What can i say, it was perfect!!

Very nice unit! The only thing that needs updated would be the carpet. Some wear and tear. The sofa couch mattress felt like all springs. Just slept on the couch itself. Overall we enjoyed our stay there. Secluded but close and convenient to get to attractions. We will stay again in a 2 bedroom unit.

Everything was good. The 2 bedroom apartment we booked was roomy, had 2 bathrooms and kitchen, and even a washer and dryer. They supplied laundry detergent, dish soap and everything we needed. My only slightly negative comment would be the property and furnishings are showing some aging. Not really visible in the photos. All in all, a nice stay.

We rented a 2 bedroom cabin for our annual sister trip. The young lady at check in was pleasant and answered all our questions. Right after checking in we were given area maps and coupons to use in the area. It is a short drive from plenty to do including Dollywood which was our main itinerary item. The cabin was cute. Parking was right out front. The kitchen had all you would need to cook a meal. Free coffee was provided. There was even a blender on the counter and a dishwasher! The bedrooms were large with plenty of storage. Beds were comfortable. One bedroom is on the top floor with the kitchen/living area and a bathroom. The other bedroom is downstairs and has a private bathroom with a jetted tub and a washer/dryer. There are two porches with chairs and tables. The only minor negative we noticed was there was some dust buildup and a couple bugs got in somehow, but it is a cabin in the mountains so this was really a non-issue for us. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to return with the whole family to stay here again.
