Pass on this hotel....
We ended up staying in two rooms. First room the tv didn't work and then we found that the shower only had hot water and only one towel. We got moved to a second room, which had marginally better cold water flow, but the hot had to be turned down to hardly any flow to have a shower. The shower was also dirty and appeared to have not been cleaned. We were placed in the 3rd floor, however the elevator was out of order and we had to drag everything up the stairs.

Overall nice place The room I stayed in needs a little work The ceiling was missing over the bathroom sink. The room had a slight smell to it but overall for the price I paid very happy with it.

We were on 3rd floor and elevator didnt work, there was rust in shower, poor water pressure for shower. Complimentary breakfast was non exsistant. We got there at 8am and there was no orange juice and only waffles and cereal to choose from. Muffins and bagals gone as was the eggs and sausage. Such a disappointment.

To start off … they advertise Hershey are but are located about an hour away, granted I should have mapped it out myself. Our sheets all had what seemed like blood stains, the shower drains were rusted, the pool had basically all the paint chipped off. The towels also had stains on them. There was an empowering curry smell overtaking the second floor we had to keep spraying our room with fabreeze. And to top it off the elevator was out of service. My advice is pay the extra $20 somewhere else to get basic cleanliness and friendly staff.

This hotel was dirty, nothing works in the room, toilet clogged, moldy shower, dirty carpet, stained towels, strong smell of indian food in the hallway and lobby. Elevator was not working the whole time we spent at this property and water fountain was also not working.

Generally gross room. Hair on the sheets before I got there. Hair in corners around the bathroom. Gross yellow water out of the faucet. Water took 5 minutes to get warm. Would not stay here again.

Room needs upgrading. Lamp didn’t work (wouldn’t turn off). Stains on furniture. Rug needs to be replaced. Knob missing from closet door. Tub had mildew. No stopper in tub. Mildew on a lamp shade as well. There was urine in the toilet when I checked in. Toilet also backed up.

Arrived to truck blocking door to deliver gambling machines. Chairs down and had to walk over. First room had no TV, half a lock on the door and the microwave was for visual only. Husband got a different room and while he was getting bags from the car, a man, with a key, walked into the room. The down blanket was marked up with red marker, that we originally thought was blood but realized it was marker. The pillows were covered in hair in both rooms. When man walked in, I tried to call the desk but the phone was not working though plugged in. Micro in 2nd room was for visual only as well. Breakfast,limited food, eggs were gross. And after we ate the waffles, we saw the worker cleaning the waffle maker by blowing/spitting on it.. Disgusted. .

The property is so dirty. When we entered the room there was huge spider on the wall. We were provided alternate room which had nasty smell and very dirty carpet. The toilet seat was broken as well as shower tap was not working.
