Hotel overall was great. AC in room didn’t work. I was on the top floor so it was unpleasantly warm. Staff had one other room where the AC didn’t work as well. They told me to just open a window and it was pretty noisy at night. I didn’t sleep well.

Great service and location
We used the hotel as a place to rest as we arrived into Pisa very late. Had a family room. It was clean, service was very friendly and helpful and did the job for what we needed. Beds and pillows a little uncomfortable but that's about it. Location was fantastic.

Enjoyed my stay here! One of the nicer and cleaner places I have stayed in Italy, in a budget price range so that was a welcome surprise. The hotel room we had didn't have a great view as the window were facing the courtyard, but this was probably the biggest plus for me, as it was extremely silent. There was no noise whatsoever during our journey. The bar on the ground floor had the best spritz I ever had and it's open 24 hours so whenever you need to drink or eat something, they're there. Quality/price is also very good both in the bar and the hotel. On the negative side, our shower had the "arm" broken so you couldn't just place the handle on it and have a shower, which was a bit annoying. Also there was no full size mirror to check your full outfit before going out. Wifi speed was one of the best I ever found in a hotel. Overall we really appreciated our stay.

Wonderful quiet place in a quaint setting. Walkable distance to the tower and restaurants. Room was very spacious and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
