A great location. It was a 5 minute walk to the Leaning Tower and 20 minute walk to the train station. The room was clean spacious and beautifully decorated with a lovely bathroom. The host was very helpful and informative.

A lovely stay, great location and spotless room.
A lovely room in a great location about a 10 minute stroll from the Duomo/Tower "complex". Room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Check in information was provided on the day we were checking in and Luisa was very helpful and understanding when I struggled to get some information to her. Many restaurants close by and the breakfast at a nearby cafe was a good start to the day. Cases were left for a couple of hours on our day of departure, no security but it was in a cupboard in the entrance hallway of the "complex" behind a locked door. Thanks Luisa for all your help.

Safe and secure. Close walking to all of the sights. Beautiful modern room. The recommendations for restaurants was so very helpful. We wish check out was later than 10:00am as the luggage closet was full and we had to take our luggage around town for a few hours. Alec was extremely helpful.

La Lu Cozy Rooms - Pisa
Location of La lu Cozy was excellent for all the attractions, however, the road system in the vaccinity was appalling. If you hired a car it was impossible to find a close location to drop off your luggage as parking was impossible.The room was a lot smaller than it looks on the website and there was little room to put your clothes. The bathroom was very small and if you were on the large size showering would likely prove to be difficult. The host Louise was very helpful and was happy to help with any enquiries although it was frustrating when you couldn't speak to anyone on the phone when a problem arose. All responses were made by email or messaging.....which was stressful when you need an answer right away. The bed was extremely comfortable and the little extras were very much appreciated. Overall the stay was satisfactory but not what was expected.

I had a great stay for one night
Stayed one night. Great location near the leaning tower and great value for money. Smooth self-check-in, clean room, comfy bed, modern decor (but mostly Ikea furniture). Free drinking water provided in the corridor outside the room. Fridge had complimentary softdrinks. The AC worked nicely.
