Air conditioning did not work properly. We were next to the workout room that closes at 10pm, but the TV never turned off and was on full blast all night. One tge first floor and there was a drunkin party in the lobby that was yelling and singing until 2am. Tried to complain to counter person in the moring at checkout. Was told that's nice and i could leave.

It is in desparate need of remodel. Huge water leak from the roof in the lobby as we arrived. Gentleman at the desk was very nice. Stains on the carpet, shower door dirty, bed was comfortable and its quiet. Room had been broken into at one point, the door hinge was broken, the bathroom doorknob falling off. And the doir keys only worked once. Then needed a new key. Room refrigerator was broken and leaky and smelled. Very convenient location for us, but will try one of the several other hotels next time.

Nice hotel and pleasant staff. Room was very good. I stayed 4 nights, and maybe it is a hotel policy of not cleaning rooms every day, but mine was only cleaned once and I did not get a fresh supply of shampoo. Breakfast was good and fresh, perhaps limited on its cooked options (no bacon), but enough for me.

When we arrive to our room, the doorhandle was falling off. I went down to the office and told them about it, and they said that they would fix it. They did not the next day. It was still the same when my daughter got in bed that night she said sheets felt weird at the bottom. We pulled back to sheets and the sheets were all pitted and they were dirty. We went to the office and asked them if they would clean the sheets put new sheets on and they said yes, but they did not when we got back that night, they were still the same dirty sheets. This refrigerator was disgusting inside and the light did not work at all. We had listen to a German Shepherd barking at night in the hotel good things. The food was good at breakfast and the beds were comfortable, even though the sheet was bad , it was a walk-in shower, but it was supposed to be a handicap shower supposed to be queen size beds, but they were full size. They offered to move us in another room, but we already had opened up and put everything out in our room the main thing is the door fixed Because it looked like I was gonna fall off and we had difficulty getting in the room and the sheets. My daughter had to sleep on top of the bed spread when we called to come in early. They said we could come in early for $15 we agreed when we got there he tried to charge us 20.

Property is not in great condition with mediocre beds and pillows. The bathroom fitments are flimsy. The reason i gave higher stars is because of the excellent service from the staff. They tried their best to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Thanks to Sanjay at the front desk for his help with our stay and changing rooms when we faced issues.

It’s not a bad place for a short stay. There was a strong smell of marijuana on our floor this time. The bathroom and floor were clean. Plenty of towels and the ac was on upon arrival. The bedding is comfortable. There was no road noise on our side of the building. Breakfast was good although the toaster is a little slow
