Bathroom had hair on the floor ..people in other rooms were very noisy..of course thats not the hotels fault..would like the breakfast to start earlier..bed was.comfortable..but the comforter was heavy and lumpy..just didnt use it..problem solved

The hotel appears to have been recently taken over by Country Inn and Suites. When we arrived, the outside trash can was overflowing, a light pole had fallen down and was taped off with yellow caution tape. The entryway area, lobby and dining area smelled and looked clean. The hallways had areas where the wallpaper was peeling, many areas were missing trim around the doors. Inside our room, we found chip crumbs on the floor, the dresser was missing a drawer, the other drawers were not level and kept opening, the door in front of the mini fridge was broken. Overall, these things just left a lot to be desired. Over the 2 days we stayed there, we only saw the same 3 employees. I thought that was strange. We were not told that we would not be having any housekeeping services during our stay, but they never attended to the room. When I requested new towels, I had to return our used towels to the front desk first before they would provide anymore towels. No "extra" towels were allowed to be given. The breakfast was so-so. It was well maintained, but had very limited options. We skipped it on our last morning there and opted for the Waffle House. Which honestly, wasn't much better.

Actually it was a great hotel compared to the Red Roof Inns. Clean, pleasant and great location. Didn't like the fact that they still took a hold on our credit card ($100.00) that may take up to 5 days to be refunded. Great breakfast!

When first walked up to entrance outside there are cigarette butts everywhere like i mean on the ground, in the rock landscaping, everywhere. The trash can at the front entrance was overflowing and i mean trash was trickling out of the can it was gross. Inside the entryway had an offputting smell, not bad but too much. Now i will say, inside the lobby of the hotel was very clean. The carpet could use a scrub but it wasnt terrible. The pool area was clean. We could see in the gym it was clean but small. Our room and bathroom was immaculate. Breakfast was great, alot of options. We will stay again.

Hotel was good. No issues with it. Not Excellent but not bad at all. Staff very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the breakfast was lacking. Had options but I definitely wanted to go elsewhere afterwards to eat since I didn't eat much there.

Get what you pay for
Hotel is cozy, howevever you can tell it need to be updated, our room had a lingering smoke smell from the previous occupant, the shower was massive. The tables and garbage cans in the breakfast area couldve used a wipe down, overall we enjoyed our stay.
