Great stay!

Booked a last minute room to be close to the airport before a winter storm was predicted to hit! This was definitely a great stay. Beautiful hotel. For the first time we took advantage of a hotels front sitting area to enjoy the cozy fire they had and some drinks from the bar. Room and beds were comfortable and the airport shuttle was a huge plus!

We had a fantastic stay at Courtyard Pittsburgh Airport during our hockey tournament. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and comfortable—perfect for resting between games. The location was convenient, close to the arena, restaurants, and shopping.

The paving from the parking area up to the hotel entrance was quite uneven, wirh one dropped kerb onto a steep path that was covered in a light dusting of snow. The receptionist was very pleasant upon arriving. Smiling and greeting us. Although we arrived via a late flight, we could have liked a porter to assist with our baggage to the room, or a luggage trolley, especially as the carpeted corridors made it difficult for our suitcase wheels to traverse. The room was very well designed and decorated beautifully. Lighting wasn't quite bright enough though. The coffee in the room was terrible. We wouldn't give that to our worst enemies. We found it to be one of the most disgusting drinks to have ever tasted.
