I didn’t like that I purchased through Expedia two queens in my reservations and when I arrived they had only 1 king size bed stating they were overbooked. The roll bed they brought in was extremely old and had holes in it. It was dusty and had a dead lady bug between it. I had to sleep in the king size bed with my three grown daughters. 😭

Great hotel! We were greeted warmly by J. Our room was clean and well maintained. The lobby was clean and welcoming. We loved having the bar/cafe onsite. T who ran the cafe and shuttled us to the casino was so friendly. We enjoyed our stay. We stayed at different Courtyards two nights in a row. Unfortunately I got them mixed up and gave this hotel a bad review on the company website. I am trying to get it changed.

Liked- Not overcrowded, convenient to I-79, close to shopping and events. Staff friendly. Didn't like- Elevator was broke when we arrived (fixed within 30 mins), could not recharge our phones (no usb ports anywhere), no room service. Overall- average stay

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The lady at check-in was sweet. You have to pay extra for breakfast, that was a bit different from others we’ve stayed at.
