Mediocre stay worth the value
Comfy bed. Updated room was ok. Was dusty. The drapes were old, dingy and dusty. The toilet kept running and the bath tub had a continuous leak also. I was on the second floor room 220. For the cost I cant complain. Breakfast was a miss and the coffee was disgusting. It came from some machine and wasnt a brewed or even a drip coffee.

Excellent staff. First room we were given had a very strong odour of cucumber, their cleaning product. After trying to eliminate the odour we were given a new room. Staff was very helpful.

Room very clean but weird off putting smell in hallway & right when you walked in room. I liked the room etc, but smell bothered me- my husband didn't seem to mind. We were also awakened at 3a.m. by yelling in the hall way for about an hour. When I mentioned this to front desk in the a.m. she totally blew me off.

Nightmare night of fire- no help to re-locate us!
Front desk not very courteous/helpful when asked questions. Computer/business room had inoperable computers; when inquired for help at front desk, told that computers had "been down for awhile." NO SIGN on door indicating computers were useless/not functioning. Also no help in assisting me & Cardiac patient travelling with me to find new lodging night of fire/flood. BAD review from me to all my family and friends!!

What?
I began this review of the hotel giving them 5stars. I am now looking at a photo of Wingate by Wyndham Cranberry. My review is for Quality Inn Cranberry who we had to make reservations for after Wingate cancelled our reservation the night before we were to leave for Cranberry. Needless to stay Wingate and Wyndham are on our never ever to stay at list.
