I've stayed at several hotels in Pittsburgh but this one had the best parking situation. The hotel and room was clean and well-maintained. Would definitely stay again!

There is underground parking but not much if it. There was plenty if room in an adjacent lot but I didn’t like the looks if the neighborhood and I worried a bit about my car. But this was my first time in this city so maybe my impression of the neighborhood was skewed.

We absolutely loved staying here, so we stayed again the second time we came to Pittsburgh. The staff is so friendly and professional! I recommend the premium rooms on the 7th floor. I appreciated the quiet. It's very clean. There's a full size fridge and even a small kitchen and snacks. This is also an amazing place to stay if you're bringing your dog with you! Our pup had a great time!

I would like to give a shout out to Alexis, at the front desk! She was professional, courteous and fun! I was disappointed in having to pay $19 tax for parking. This is the first Hilton I ever had to pay for parking! Also, someone needs to rethink the shower door. It does not contain the shower water, leaving a mess to clean up!

We had a great stay to drop our son off at Pitt. Had a room with a king bed in a separate bedroom. Then it had a pullout sofa in the living room area. Fully equipped kitchenette that even had a dishwasher! Full fridge, too. Very clean and comfy. Lots to do within walking distance. Very enjoyable stay.

Overall it was a nice hotel with decent up to date rooms. Being that the location is out of the way, it would be nice to have a small restaurant, pizza/sandwich place, or something after hours when you came back from an event in the city. Front desk was understaffed after hours…they have the security of room key entrance which is wonderful, but door does not automatically unlock with its use. Instead, you have to call front desk, identify yourself and room number, then wait for someone to unlock it all while you wait in an unsafe environment. The staff that was there was pleasant and accommodating to the best of their ability. I would stay there again, just be more mindful if it were a late night event.

Didn't like: the beautiful shower has no door so the bathroom floor got wet and water collected beyond the door, all the way into the closet. Luckily, we hadn't put anything on the closet floor. Also, housekeeping never came once. We were there 4 days. No toilet paper, clean towels, or taking out the trash for 4 days. Lastly, the coffee at breakfast was really awful. And I'm not a coffee snob - Perts, Starbucks, Folgers, Maxwell House whatever is good for me. But whatever they had was consistently bad. I did like the front desk staff. And aside from the coffee, breakfast was pretty good - fresh fruit (whole apples, oranges, bananas), muffins, bagels (with cream cheese), two kinds of juices, prepared oatmeal, scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage patties, cereal. The tables were wiped as soon as someone left so they were always clean.

We loved the location, wish there was more parking in the deck. We were not offered to have our room cleaned our second night stay and needed fresh towels- we ad to ask twice. Staff was friendly, and overall we liked it.
