Check-in was smooth and easy the staff was great!! Housekeeping staff was very helpful and nice!! Parking is awful!!! The beds are not very comfortable. The bathroom is small/cramped. Very rude night clerk. The breakfast was very good. Could give more towels in the room to start off with. And some extra blankets in the closet would be great.

First of all thete was no place to hang my suit bag. The pole in the closet was 3 feet off the floor. I had to hang it off the shower rod. There was NO carpet. The floors were hard and cold. The worst part was a an i termitant type of rubbing noise coming from up stairs right over top of the entry way. It would start and go for 10 or so minutes. Then it would stop for about 10 or 15 minutes I gave it plenty of time to stop, until I was too tired to stay up, aroubd 9 pm. The night before I got maybe 2 hours of sleep. I ws in town to attend a memorial for my sister who passed away recently. I needed sleep but kept being awaken by this strange noise. I finally had enough and called the front desk It rang and rang for 10 minute while I waited in my bed clothes in bed. After what seemed for ever someone answered and said they'd be right back and put me on hold for what seemed like for ever. I finally hung up and called back, only to hear it ring and ring. I got up, got dressed, left the phone ringing, and went to the front desk. The person at the desk asked me what I wanted, in a quick sort of rude way. I told him about the noise abd he looked at me like I was crazy. I asked him what he was going to to do about it. He said he sent someone up to check ot out. I said anove room 120. I went back to my room, expecting he do nothing. And that's exactly what happened. Six weeks prior I had major back surgery and was very sore and stiff and was supposed to take it easy. If I had

Room was dated and had stains in carpet, halls dimly lit and even though I was on the 3rd floor the window lock in my room was not secured. the furniture didn't seem to fit on wall and covered the full length mirror. even the picture on my survey doesn't match what my room looked like. Maybe half hotel has been renovated.

I feel they didn't take seriously the issue of AC in my room. My AC wasn't working and I informed front desk but they couldn't fix it or move me to a better room. To be fair to them, this is my first complaint despite my frequent stays! Hope not to have such an experience again.
