It was so close to the airport and the bed was really comfortable. The only thing I would say could be upgrade the towels, they were not quite white anymore.

Don't stay here.
I was charged ten dollars plus tax for the free shuttle. Other guests did not have to pay. Bed was not comfortable at all, wake up call never came through, and generally, the customer service was severely lacking. I asked if there was anywhere to eat nearby.And they looked at me funny and said, don't you have doordash? I then asked if the Sheraton next store had a restaurant and they said they didn't know. The facility was somewhat run down. There was plaster coming off the wall by the tub in the bathroom, and there was mold around the edge. It was also dirty, not filthy, but dirty. After a shower and drying off, I walked towards the bed and the bottom of my feet were brown from the dirt on the floor it must not have been mopped or cleaned on a while. In addition, the other entrances to the hotel were not locked. They said they just didn't do that because they owned another hotel up the road.

Solid first time trip to Pittsburgh
Solid stay for trip to Pittsburgh. Its a good 15-20 minutes from north/shore or downtown area, so be prepared to drive or pay a higher uber cost than normal, but very solid property, solid value.

This hotel has 2 floors and NO elevators. If I had known this information I would have never stayed there. No offer to help us carry up our bags, we are in our seventies. The towels were thin and dingy. This hotel did not meet up to the Quality Inn standards that I'm use to.

This hotel does not have elevator, even though it have 2 levels. I came with kids and big suitcase for 3 days stay. It took good amount of time to carry the suitcases up to second floor, which I did not expect to do after long drives and in vacation.

Surprisingly good general experience and the quality of the bed and bedding as comfortable as what I've experienced at the DoubleTree in same area. I had to stay here as it was a home Steelers game and my other preferred hotels in the location were sold out. Was a good value with good lighting, an airy feel to the room (with 2 full size beds), a nice sized desk for working, quiet area, and as mentioned very nice beds. Be aware there is no elevator. You will need to walk up about 8 stairs to reach the 1st floor rooms, and it looked like another 2 sets of stairs to reach the 2nd floor. The walls are somewhat thin so I could faintly hear the person snoring next door but I had my noise cancelling in-ear wired headset and used it to block the sound. The breakfast is limited and all carbs - waffle maker, bagels, toast, cereal - plus yogurt and apples.
