When I browsed through, it just says a standard king room. It didn't say anywhere that this will be a room facing an indoor plaza where guests are checking in/out and holding parties the whole night. It's very very noisy!! I tried to talk to the staff to help me change a room because I'm very sensitive to noise but he insisted there is not even a single room in the entire hotel to change. I don't believe him at all! Overall the experience is very bad. The room is nothing like the picture and I had a very bad sleep.

The room lighting is not efficient enough, the TV kept dumping us out of Netflix, in the evening no would answer the front desk phone. The stay was fine, but I would not pay 4oo a night to stay there again. At that price point you expect much better customer service and attention to details.
