When we arrived, my wife wanted to take a nap and found stains and hair in our bed. After bringing this to the attention to the front desk, they were very apologetic and quick to switch our room. The staff was very friendly and professional.

The decor is on the darker side and not as welcoming. I checked out before 7A on 11/10. I wasn’t comfortable with the person at the front desk, so called back later that evening, and I was told that I was never checked out. I will contact the corporate office on 11/11

We didn’t make it early for arrival like I thought we got in early am, there was no one @ the front desk no bell to ring or anything so I stood there then when the man came to the desk it was if I had interrupted him in some way, asked can I help you ? I said I need to check in & he said excuse me? So I said it louder. & that we didn’t make it when expected because downtown was packed.

Although the hotel is falling into disrepair, there were a lot of positives for the hotel. Water pressure was excellent, it felt safe, and the bed was awesome. They just need to fix things up, like the scratches on the walls of the elevator, the metal that was literally pried apart in the window of our room, and other minor fixes.
