Unethical staff. Ashley the front desk is rude. Tried to explain that the Expedia website says $50 for pet fee. And charges $75. She called her manager and did nothing. I was trying to talk to her and came up with the cardboard and let me read their policy. Disrespectful. Try another hotel not with this.

I like that it was close to Divine Mercy Shrine and restaurants; some are walkable. Mazzeo's is still exquisite, came back here 10 years after and they are still good.

very good stay here for two nights and convenient to the quaint towns of the Berkshires. Only drawback was housekeeping every other day for $300 we would’ve liked to have the beds made.

While the staff were kind and responsive, the room was dirty and unkempt. The curtains were broken and there were splashes of a questionable substance on the bathroom walls and door jam. Not even close to worth the price.
