No hot water or water pressure for two nights we stayed here. Elevators look like they are falling apart. Broken beer bottles outside the entrance of the building. When you tear down the garage, tear down the entire building and start over.

The pool is pretty cool, the staff is very friendly and check in was fast. There is valet parking because the parking garage is under construction.(free valet) or you can park yourself at the TD Bank. The showers definitely need remodeling because you can see mildew and cracking on the cieling. The bed and other amenities are in good shape, clean.

We had a great stay. Out in room refrigerator was t working but after calling the front desk, it was quickly replaced. Shower head placement was a bit unusual but after the first night of limited hot water, it was back to hot the rest of our stay. Towels were replaced frequently. Beds were comfortable. The one thing needed is better soundproofing to limit the noise we heard in the hallway.

This was very disappointing. After a long day of work, I just wanted a clean hotel to take a shower and there was no hot water and this was not able to be fixed until Monday and I was there on Saturday. The whole hotel was desirable and needs a big renovation hopefully they won’t give me the runaround for a full refund.
