We’ve stayed at this hotel several times over the years, but this was our first time back since Covid. The renovations are really nice. Rooms are small but comfortable. We stayed for 2 nights and housekeeping never cleaned our room, which could have been a staffing issue. Breakfast was included and offered a nice variety. The employees working the breakfast shift were especially attentive.

Breakfast was less than satisfactory with the pancake machine out-of-service and limited food items that were undercooked. Only entrance was the main, as card readers malfunctioned not just with me but observed by other patrons..

The rooms were hard to walk arounf the room . I have a walker and tring to move around the room and between beds, it was too tight. I had to park my walket by the door and bathroom.The other thing was the beds were too high. It was very high to get on it. I had to be helped to get on or off the bed. The pool was nice but there werent any towel to dry off with. We tried to get breakfast twice acd there breakfast was either gone or we had to wait for it, but there was no place to sit. The day at Ausable Chasm was awsome. Sorry. Audrey Daws

Unclean room and dirty bathroom
Room given to us was not cleaned prior to being given to us and no shampoo in room.. bathroom was disgusting and full of hair.. front desk was empathetic when told about this but did offer to move us to another room.. Breakfast was decent and checkout was easy
