This is a beautiful resort. We felt welcomed, and there was so much entertainment provided and amenities available, that we didn’t even need to leave the hotel if we didn’t want to. The restaurants were excellent and the hospitality was great. The only thing I have to say is that the hot tub in the room can use some disinfecting, because when we turned on the water and filled the tub, orange dirt starting coming out of the jets, which made me not want to go into the tub. We notified the concierge and they sent housekeeping to clean the tub the next day.

We had a good stay at Hilton and loved the fact that it was walking distance to explore off resort. Only concerns we had were with cleanliness (dust under the sink counters, washroom door had wet stains that could've been wiped down).. I wouldn't recommend using the tub in the room as the water was yellow when we turned it on. The elevator was also down for our entire stay which meant we had go up/down many flights of stairs every day. We did not get the room we had booked but regardless we had a good time and will probably be back.

It's a fabulous enormous hotel. The large pool is gorgeous and a very sociable setting. The quiet pool in the back is also gorgeous. Staff is so kind and the entertainment staff is so much fun ... perfect for adults!!! Beautifully lit in the evenings and loved all the restaurants.

I Loved the staff, food was great (and im picky). Staff was super nice with great customer service! It was safe, you must go in with your bracelet, I went on a solo trip as a young female and felt safe inside the property. I wish they just had more of their native food. I like international food but I thought I would eat more tacos and mexican food. But I will definitely go back.

I like the property alot. This is my second stay in two years. I am going back next year. Rooms are nice. Staff is GREAT! Entertainment is great! I gave them a four this time because the drinks were watered down. That was not the case last time i stayed.
