This was our 3rd time. The only thing we didn't like was the pressure to buy into their membership (time share) This will not detour us from going back. The property, workers, food, beach and just the whole resort is what keeps us going back.

The staff was amazing! Everyone was so friendly and nice. The food is definitely catered towards Americans/visitors... It was good, but I don't think it's "authentic Mexican food" per se. The food is still good though. The pools/bars had great staff. There are plenty of activities to do through out the day. The evening shows are excellent - wouldn't miss that.

The food was excellent. Our favorite was the Mexican restaurant. The resort was extremely clean. They were even painting one of the buildings as im sure they constantly have to do. Having the resort located just a block away from 5th Ave was wonderful and convenient for nightly walks. The entertainment was very provocative and would have preferred something a little bit more wholesome

Great place and stay. Everyone was so professional and friendly. The food was delicious everywhere - from the stands at the pool and the restaurants, well done! The entertainment was also fun - from daytime activities to nighttime shows and dancing. Also, the spa was very relaxing as well. Highly recommend!

The room was gorgeous. The property was excellent. Wonderful staff, everyone very helpful, courteous and always smiling. Great experience and relaxing. Fun entertainment every evening and at the poolside. We did not leave the property so we can not rate the area around.
