We were a little hesitant about staying at this hotel due to some bad reviews, but I am glad we decided to stay anyways. We had a great time. Hotel is extremely clean, The staff goes above and beyond, The food was not bad, We did wish that there were more options, like offering breakfast at the actual hotel but it always worked out because if you’re heading to the waterpark, you would just stop to eat breakfast at the main lobby and walk down to the waterpark. If not, room service is 24 hours and the food was good. The pool water in your room is not that cold. It is like regular pool water temperature. The water at Xcaret is way colder. Now the prices for merch are outrageous. As mentioned, this was during off-season so we could see some potential inconveniences during busy season, like waiting for shuttle, wait time for breakfast, finding seats at water park, and being too loud in room pool. But we are use to Disney vacations and were prepared for a hectic kids vacation and honestly it was not as bad as staying in Disney world. We loved it so much we are planning to visit the Nickelodeon Hotel in Punta Cana next year.

Best experience we have had! I took my wife and 3 kids to this resort. They had a blast. The place was really clean, employees were extremely nice to us. It was an unforgettable experience for my family and would definitely recommended to anyone that likes great food, nickelodeon themes and outstanding customer service.

The water park was great and the staff was amazing. Every staff member was extremely kind and helpful and great with the kids. There where plenty of life guards visibly around which made everyone feel safe. The food was not the best but I still have not been to an all inclusive with amazing food.

Amazing property. Food was fantastic, rooms and water park were next level. Characters and shows were awesome. Only one negative was the character breakfast was extortionate so we did not do, and any thing in the shops we crazy expensive e.g. a small SpongeBob stuffy, over $100.

I loved the water park. what I did not like was too many long lines too much waiting time to do anything. Just to check out took me an hour. I wanted to have breakfast but by the time I got there I would have had to pay more money to do it everything costs.

Great food, aquapark, new facility. Very nice and interesting nightly show. Pool at every room and sea view is amazing. 2 showers and restrooms at the room. Great breakfast buffet, lunch at aquapark buffet and dinner at italian restaurant or burger restaurant. Beach is not what i expected for Mexico, jetty needs to be added for swiming, old pipes and trash needs to be removed from the sea at the beach. Smell of urine at the room after many kids sleeping should be addressed.

The property is amazing, the water park is beautiful. The staff is very friendly but the only thing that i didnt like was the temperature of the swim out pools, the dont get sun at any time so they stay cold all the time. This is a kids hotel, if i immerse my 2 year old baby in that water she would get pneumonia, i suggest a water heater for those pools. They have plenty of sun, they can get solar panels. Besides that everything was great.
