Amazing property. Food was fantastic, rooms and water park were next level. Characters and shows were awesome. Only one negative was the character breakfast was extortionate so we did not do, and any thing in the shops we crazy expensive e.g. a small SpongeBob stuffy, over $100.

I loved the water park. what I did not like was too many long lines too much waiting time to do anything. Just to check out took me an hour. I wanted to have breakfast but by the time I got there I would have had to pay more money to do it everything costs.

Great food, aquapark, new facility. Very nice and interesting nightly show. Pool at every room and sea view is amazing. 2 showers and restrooms at the room. Great breakfast buffet, lunch at aquapark buffet and dinner at italian restaurant or burger restaurant. Beach is not what i expected for Mexico, jetty needs to be added for swiming, old pipes and trash needs to be removed from the sea at the beach. Smell of urine at the room after many kids sleeping should be addressed.

The property is amazing, the water park is beautiful. The staff is very friendly but the only thing that i didnt like was the temperature of the swim out pools, the dont get sun at any time so they stay cold all the time. This is a kids hotel, if i immerse my 2 year old baby in that water she would get pneumonia, i suggest a water heater for those pools. They have plenty of sun, they can get solar panels. Besides that everything was great.

What a major disappointment!!!! To the few that were polite, respectful and care about customer service, you are amazing, and we thank you for all you did to make up for the majority that didn't care or even tried. The Good!!! The Front Desk, you guys/gals were excellent, the check in and check out were excellent. Bellhops, you guys rock. Thank you for doing such a tough job with a smile and respect. Van drivers, always with a great smile and incredibly polite. Telephone operators, best phone service I have experienced, from taking our room orders to delivering us clean towels. Awesome job. Uriel, the bartender from Cosmo's Swim Up Bar, Erik our server from Good Burger, the nice fella inside the candy truck from Good Burger, and our server from the Character The Worse!!! The customer service provided by everyone else besides the few mentioned. Seems like your servers and host/hostess goals is to sell you a reservation to Tavola instead of helping you with your meals and drinks, and they are terrible at both (serving and selling). The Nickelodeon Shop: the good quality of your products are represented but the prices are just an insult to ones intelligence. $180 US Dollars for two plushies, it’s just absurd. I really enjoyed how the cashier pointed at some plushies while telling me “those are cheaper if that’s what you want”. Ironically, I ended up buying the golden pineapple tumbler for my son, overpriced, but still more reasonable to explain its value over a plushie.

We have been to Mexico on numerous occasions. This was the first time we took our children to enjoying the experiences of Mexico that we have come to love. Food, entertainment services. All are lacking at this resort. Staff was young and extremely rude at times. Most places to eat we just ok. We love staying at high end all inclusive resorts. This one was lacking in all areas. My biggest issue is safely for bringing in my family. So I love when you stay in an all inclusive resort they are careful to only let in guest of the resort. The main reason we came to this resort was the Waterpark. What I did not know was that itvis open to the public. We had our personal property moved multiple times to other chairs. Some people were just rude and talked badly of you in Spanish thinking we didn't understand. I did not feel comfortable letting my kids run around the waterpark without an older family member because I felt it was not safe. If i could do it over again I would have stayed at another amazing resort and saved 5K and just visited the Nickelodeon park for a day. Also nothing is close to walking distance in this resort. You have to take the shuttle everywhere. So if your going to a restaurant there is a strong possibility your set will be wet from people coming from the waterpark. Never again and I have never said that about any resort I have stayed at in Cancun.

We took my 6 year old son and we all had an absolutely amazing time! He also loved Club Nick and all the indoor activities. We really enjoyed breakfast smoothies at Le Spatula, the milkshakes at GoodBurger, and we were lucky enough to be there during a tiki night where they had BBQ on the beach. The waterpark and personal slime time was the best and we enjoyed all the evening shows at the Main Stage. I also loved the Karisma app they had us download so we could easily access the daily schedules and see what we could do during the day. We will definitely be back.
