Property has a lot of potential but garage left everywhere and 24/7 food service was not accurate limited times for food and room service was hit or miss if you called! Activities were also very limited which was disappointing!

Property is big, with 5 minute walk to the beach. but all the same food and shopping through the 3 properties. Rooms weren't cleaned very well or frig restocked unless you tip everyday. House keeping was trying to get into our room at 9am everyday, so we didnt get too sleep in much. Bath tub didnt hold water so unable to use, had light switchs that didnt work. Adult pool closes at 8pm and they would just close the pool bar at random 5-6 pm with people in the pool. Room service was complete joke.

I loved the amenities at this property. They thought of everything that may be needed during our stay. It gave luxury getaway. Even during the rainy day the staff kept the walkways clear of puddles, and provided games and entertainment which kept us busy and not worried about the rain, and having fun. Even though the food wasn't the best for us, there was always something available and many buffet options once we decided not to try the restaurants after being turned away for my husband wearing a shorts set. The quick bites on the beach grill were the best. Try the fish fingers and fries. Its the perfect mid day pool break, we just wished it didnt close so early.

When we arrived, we were upgraded to a deluxe suite. When we stepped into the room, we were immediately greeted with filth. The floor was ruined by rust from the furniture. The lounger was stained. The king size bed appeared to be made with queen sheets as the mattress protector would slip off the corners no matter how you laid. I also don’t believe they changed our bedding the entire week. When we asked to go back to our original room, they told us they had no other rooms available and that we would have to wait 2-3 days to move, which seemed absurd. We never received clean beach towels, so we had to use wet/dirty towels the whole week. Our toilet clogged and because our phone was broken, we had to go down to the front desk at midnight and ask them to send someone to come repair it. Additionally, our sinks were both broken. The one would spit brown water, and the other wouldn’t drain. One of the showers wouldn’t get warm, thankfully there was a second shower head. The food schedule was frustrating because if you didn’t eat during their lunch from 12-3, you wouldn’t be eating again until after 6pm, and you couldn’t rely on their “snacks” because they were extremely unappetizing. The beach had only a few feet of sand before it would drop off very suddenly into rocks. The sports area was a very far walk from anything else, which made it pointless to go. This resort came highly recommended, which is very disappointing and we will not stay here again, nor recommend it to anyone.

I've stayed at several all inclusive resorts in Mexico over the years and this was a great one at a great price point. While the hotel is not brand new and had a couple of challenges, the staff was pretty incredible. The pools were great, the food was really good. I didn't feel like I was on top off anyone else or we ever ran out of room. The entertainment was slightly bad which was kind of what I loved about it. I read all the reviews, people complaining about the animals (there are Coati's around and people leave their food out and they get into it. That is not a resort or animal problem, that is a human being problem). If you are looking for a couples trip or a trip with friends and your goal is to enjoy the pool, meet people from all over the world (especially Canada), this is a great option. The entertainment, food and bar staff work so hard and did an exceptional job on a full day of storms. I have to give kudos to them!

The staff - from the restaurants to the room cleaners to the bar and reception were awesome!!! Extremely helpful and friendly. I was not crazy about how the hotel was split up into so many sections.

This was our second stay here. Swim out suites are perfect. Service was great. Resort is clean. Restaurants seemed a little better this time but were not bad last trip. This resort offers a fantastic value. (get a swim-out). We will be back.

This is a great place to stay if you’re able to get a fair price. It is the middle of the road… not great but defiantly not bad. It’s older and still in good condition. The pools are great and walk-out pools from your room are a great addition. Beach is clean with a bar and food available without having to walk into the resort. AC in the room was amazing with comfortable beds and black out shades. There is wild life around but they didn’t bother us one bit. The gym has enough equipment to get a good workout in. Negatives were that food was not bad but mediocre. We booked a message and it was horrible. Save your money and book one at home before or after your visit. The trip was a long weekend kid free getaway for my wife and I. I would recommend if you book a deal. Not full price

Spa Maya was utterly amazing and highly recommend to anyone looking for a very natural Spa Massage and experience. Mari and Virginia were so professional and nice! The resort staff generally were great aside from maybe 1 or 2 sour apples. Room service needs improvement bad. I do understand there will be a wait but pushing an hour of wait time is ridiculous, also if you need to take a late shower or bath, make sure you have all of your towels in the room as room attendance closes early. Restaurants were ok, our fave was the Bruschetta and open Buffet. The Kotatsu was horrible and so was the service from server, except for the host who I cannot remember his name but he worked 11/14 and he was so nice! The restaurants did a decent job in trying to accommodate Vegan options as we traveled with a person who was vegan. Suggestion, make sure more vegetarian and Vegan options are available in all restaurants. Night activities could use a little updating. Overall, we do plan on going again with our sisters because it was a great relaxing time.
