It was kind of a weird experience to be honest. Our daily point of contact gave us wrong info on day 1- We were told we were in "Diamond club" to later be told by multiple pool attendants we were allowed to be in certain pools. We felt pressured to choose the restaurant for the night upon arrival as well so felt rushed in a way. He also forgot to put in our reservation on night 3 and we had to wait 1 hour to be seated. Every single restaurant felt severely under staffed. On day 1 we just wanted a quick lunch after arriving to the hotel, but they don't serve lunch at the sports bar and the bartenders didn't acknowledge us almost at all. (Head down kind of bartender experience.) Bartender told us to put our order in with the host. Every single restaurant the food was unfortunately mediocre. Minus the pizza at the italian restaurant was pretty good.
Asking for transportation took so many steps to verify and we never quite had the right info. it was always "Yes come to the lobby" but then no one knowing what the deal was regarding transportation or helping with our room accommodations, which got messed up as well. We reserved a ocean view room and then same POC said we were getting "upgraded" to swim up pool room. The room had zero privacy and no ocean view. Had to ask to change, a 2nd employee told us our POC moved us to this room because the hotel accidentally overbooked the hotel and no ocean view rooms left. We got moved the next day. I wish I had better things to say!
