We had a great stay. The location was close to all my favorite restaurants and right next to Mega and Walmart. The front desk was always helpful as well. The only drawbacks we noticed were that the hallways were pretty hot and the shower could've had more pressure. Other than that everything was good. Check-out the rooftop pool if you have time. It was perfect. I'd definately come back.

I'm glad I only booked one night. It's the last
I had two reasons for staying here, work and sleep. The WiFi router in my room did not work. I went to the desk to see if someone could fix it. The girl said she would have to call someone to do it...but didn't bother to get help. She said I should use the WiFi from the room next door. I said I need a router to plug my cable in to for the type of work I need to do. She said the work area has nothing to plug into either so I got no work done except searching for another hotel, and another place to work. The side of the building my room was on has two big bright floodlights that are so bright my room was filled with way too much light to sleep. So, I got very little work done and I can't say that I slept either. It was a waste of money and time. I booked a week somewhere else

Great location and clean room
Good: It was a great place for the price. The location is good, not too far from the main area, about a 5-minute walk. Felt very safe around. The building itself looks very new and clean. The pool was awesome. Could be better: Both rooms we got had issues with a safe. Its lock wasn't working. One of the rooms had an issue with the fire alarm. Both issues did not get resolved while staying for 4 nights.

overall it was a nice stay, the roof top area is definitely a highlight. negatives, there is no ac in the hallways, stairs or elevator. you'll be sweating on the way out or in to your room. housekeeping does not replace sheets, you'll need to pay extra for it. the safe in our room wasn't working and they did nothing to fix it.

Very modern and nice, clean rooms. Quiet area, pleasant staff. Nice rooftop pool. Enjoyed having a kitchen. Easy, level ground walkable (we’re seniors). It’s Mx, water pressure can be problematic, street parking was ok, muy barata. Restaurants, markets all close. Fifth Ave close. Beach close. Great bargain find!! Will definitely stay again.

Hotel is pretty new the rooftop pool Is great wish was a bar there the rooms are spacious and comfortable the only think I would complain is the hall area are a inferno to walk thru no Ac in any of them is so HOT I feel bad for the employees working in that environment is a crime with those high temperaturas . Besides that the hotel is very cute berthing is walking distance lots of restaurants 5ave is like 5m walk pretty good location

Very nice property located 2 blocks from our favorite breakfast place Choux Choux Café and 15 mins walk from Playa Mamitas. Staff was friendly and took care of two issues we had promptly. Walls are thin so we could hear noises and voices that woke us up around midnight. Pool area is beautiful! Jacuzzi needed more water to do what is supposed to do. We felt safe and walked everywhere.
