I loved the beautiful grounds, the service and friendly staff, the pools, the room, and the cleanliness. It felt like we were nearly the only ones there at times!! I did not like the shows and entertainment. Poor quality. The magician was the best show, the rest were below average. I also felt like the band and dj could have been better. The band was honestly pretty good and we enjoyed their music, but the dj and dance area wasnt that great. That atmosphere could improve for sure with music chosen that ha a good dancing beat and more encouragment from staff to get up and dance. It would be nice to have a couple people there to lead dancing and get people up on their feet and maybe even teach some line dancing or a few moves or something.

This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel and we a group of 6 couples. We LOVE this super elegant and fun all inclusive adult only hotel. Get the upgrade rooms which are much nicer and larger however the standard rooms are very nice too. Staff is very professional but friendly. Great restaurants and bars. Live outdoor music is so much fun. The beach is great and they have bar service on the beach as well. The water is a little too rough and sand is a bit rocky which can be a little dangerous when getting in and out of the ocean. All in all hotel is gorgeous and we had an amazing time!

Very professional, very organized and clean. Good food options. I will say that each time I ordered steak and/or beef that it was not cooked very well, however the rest of the food we ate was great. I liked that there were several options for dinner. The pool area is great and the number of bars was great. Overall would recommend and will be returning at some point.

My husband and I celebrated my birthday at Valentin, we had an amazing time. The property is beautiful, food is delicious and there’s lots to do. There’s entertainment at the main pool so you can dance and enjoy or relax in peace and quiet at the smaller pool. The staff is always around offering drinks and the taco trucks are so yummy, we really loved the burgers and the chicken nachos ! You can really tell the hotel consistently provides excellent service, several people we met there were repeat costumers. We also plan to return !

I stayed at this hotel third time, everything is excellent, I like it so much, this time beach was rocky in the water, but it is because they have hurricane two months ago, I hope they will solve this problem pretty soon, right now, I think they can’t do because of turtles Coming to the shore at night time Isidro was amazing at the restaurant on the beach he remembered what we usually ordering to drink, and he was bringing us even before we ask him. We are really like this service Abner on the beach, give us excellent service with preparing bad right in the morning When we come on the beach, bed was ready I am planning to return there again

Went in May and unusually hotter than normal and even the pools were to hot. I wish there was a way the could pump cooler water in them
