I purchase hotel.com, I stayed on 9/14/24, originally room #158 Dirty, so we were moved to #253. I only stayed in 1 room, yet on my credit card charge $100 x2. I prepaid my room on hotels .com $122.99. So, clear my charges and return my money back to my account. I ask for management, yet rudly stated NO. Horrible experienc, dirty #158 all over the room.

Bathroom sink did not drain. If you open the tap for 5 seconds, you cannot open it again for. 10 minutes! The tub also had the same problem. By the time I finish showering, I am standing in ankle high water!!! Very bad for a Shereton. I did not have time to complain or change room. So when I went to checkout, I mentioned this, and the nice lady without even hesitating for a second said "we will waive the parking charge of $10". It felt as if ahe had the response ready! I got the $10 as a compensation for standing in dirty water! Oh well!

During check in other guests alerted us they found bed bugs. The staff was kind told us to contact Expedia for refund and that was smooth and easy to do good job Expedia good job front staff at hotel but the proposals is terrible with bed bugs

This hotel has been our choice the last two times we have visited Pleasanton. They have a great pool and an all around great property. The rooms have been clean and nice with plenty of room for our family to relax in.

The only things would be the Restaurant and bar was not open and no breakfast option. Other then that staff was very friendly and it was peaceful. The pool was very relaxing and the scenery was beautiful.
