Good value, clean, big rooms and great staff
Quick one night stay seeing family and friends - head hit the pillow when I got there and quick shower on the way out. Lovely staff and easy parking. Grabbed a drive through Starbucks on the way out.

Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel, have stayed there a few times over the years. Very clean and good sized rooms Menu choices in restaurant for dinner and breakfast is not great but what they present is acceptable Well positioned for most of Plymouth and surrounding areas.

Staff excellent, shame about the litter in the outside areas due to lazy people, not fault of staff. Feral kids running around were annoying, again not fault of the staff but inconsiderate, lazy parents!

Overall the stay was good, however, the toilet in my room had a constant sewer smell. I asked for a twin room but got a double and a sofa bed. Not ideal for me. The breakfast was ok but kept having to wait for more food to be served

Staff were all polite and helpful, basic expectations of a hotel were all met. The hotel would really benefit from improved management. Many small details not right, kettle not working, shower head doesn't stay in one place. Felt like it was understaffed though it was full and the staff there looked to be trying hard. Restaurant was a bit of a disaster. Never full from the point of view of all the tables being full but either front of house staff or kitchen could not keep up. Wait times were crazy. Food was average quality and average price but it's a chain hotel restaurant so that's what I'd expect. But people who choose to eat in a place like that generally just want food reasonably quickly and get on with other things.
